- I have been a webmaster (as a hobby) for several years, creating my first website in the late 90's (can't remember the year). Since then I have edited or created several sites. I became webmaster for NYCEinfo.org in late 2006 and am excited about the opportunity to learn new techniques and be creative. In addition to NYCEinfo.org, I am also the webmaster for SamenaSquares.org and for our family website at FelkerHome.com. --- Kathy Felker
